How much does delivery cost?
We deliver by courier across Georgia. Delivery within Tbilisi costs 5₾, and to the regions 8₾. The fee is shown at checkout and added to your order total.
How long does an order take to make and ship?
Production: storybooks take 2–7 business days; puzzles, T-shirts and hoodies take 1–3 business days. Confirm other products' timelines before ordering. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Courier delivery time is additional. After production, courier delivery takes 1–3 business days in Tbilisi (5₾) and 2–3 business days in the regions (8₾).
Can a personalized item be returned?
Personalized items (made with a name, photo or custom design) are, by their nature, non-returnable. However, in case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we replace or fix the item free of charge — just contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
How does personalization work?
Choose a product and provide the requested name, photo or text. Confirm the personalization details and whether a design preview is needed before production.
How can I pay?
Pay by bank transfer. Payment instructions are shown at checkout. Online card payment is currently unavailable. Prices and payments are in Georgian lari (GEL).
