How much does delivery cost?
We deliver by courier across Georgia. Delivery within Tbilisi costs 5₾, and to the regions 8₾. The fee is shown at checkout and added to your order total.
How long does an order take to make and ship?
Every item is made to order. Production and dispatch take 1–3 business days; we confirm the exact timeline when you place the order.
Can a personalized item be returned?
Personalized items (made with a name, photo or custom design) are, by their nature, non-returnable. However, in case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we replace or fix the item free of charge — just contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
How does personalization work?
At checkout you provide a name, upload a photo, or write your text. Our designer prepares a proof and sends it for your approval — we only start production after you confirm it.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card (BOG iPay — Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay) or by bank transfer. The currency is Georgian Lari (₾).
